The best way to start the day. The format of this class will include a 5 minute check-in at the beginning when the instructor will ask for any requests, then a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class followed by a Sivasana and goodbyes or check-out. You are welcome to come and go as you need to in order to fit yoga into your day.


Please be mindful of how your body feels. You may also choose to keep your camera on or off.
