The best way to start the day. The format of this class will include a 5 minute check-in at the beginning when the instructor will ask for any requests, then a 30 minute core warm up, followed by a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class with a long sivasana. You are welcome to come and go as you need to in order to fit yoga into your day.


Please be mindful of how your body feels. You may also choose to keep your camera on or off.
