This vinyasa flow yoga class will include challenging poses for all levels of practice with lots of modifications to add a spirit of inclusiveness because yoga is for every body!

We will begin with 5 minutes or so of a check-in/requests and then enjoy about a 75 minute yoga practice, hopefully with a long sivasana.  And then an optional check out/gratitude practice. I always like to hear what you enjoyed or what you would like to practice again next time.


You have the option of attending this class in-person at the Urbana Dance Company or via Zoom.
