The best way to start the day. The format of this class will include a 5 minute check-in at the beginning when the instructor will ask for any requests, then a core wake-up for 30 minutes, followed by 60 minutes of Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class followed by a Sivasana and goodbyes . You are welcome to come and go as you need to in order to fit yoga into your day.


Please be mindful of how your body feels and move accordingly. You may also choose to keep your camera on or off.
