Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with-in 24 hours of your appointment time, you will still be charged 25% of the service fee, in order to recoup the cost of the room fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will still be charged 50% of the service fee to cover the time commitment of your natural health practitioner.
