Meet Sarah – Licensed Massage Therapist

Sarah has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, beginning her career in therapeutic massage in Louisville, KY. Her journey then took her to Honolulu, HI, where she immersed herself in the art of traditional Hawaiian lomi lomi massage under the guidance of esteemed teachers Kumu Gloria Coppola and Kumu Karen Leialoha Carroll. Eventually, Sarah returned to her roots in central Illinois, bringing her expanded skills and passion for healing back home.

With a focus on pain relief, stress reduction, and helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies, Sarah integrates a blend of Swedish, lomi lomi, and deep tissue techniques into each session. Her intuitive and nurturing approach encourages deeper breathing, muscle relaxation, and a renewed sense of calm.

When she’s not in the massage studio, Sarah enjoys reading, adventuring with friends, and serving as a devoted emotional support human to her pug, Twinkie the Destroyer.
