Grab a friend or family member and enjoy this video that highlights some simple massage techniques that anyone can do at home.
You can see in the video that I have a Thai massage mat as a surface for Sarah to lay on. You may also choose to take 2 yoga mats, place them side by side, without a gap in the seem and then put 2-3 blankets on top of it, adjusting for comfort. Extra pillows or blankets are also helpful.
