Our home away from home is Casa de Olas, a charming boutique hotel located steps from the beach in the vibrant surfing town of Puerto Escondido.
-
Begin each morning with an energetic vinyasa flow practice and guided meditation, followed by a delicious hearty brunch complete with the freshest squeezed juices and fruit.

The days are filled with opportunities for both inner and outer journeys:
-
Optional adventure excursions include: a dolphin/whale watching cruise, surf lessons, salsa classes, baby turtle release, a cold plunge ice bath, and night swimming in a bioluminescent lagoon!

Participate in various workshops and bonus sessions including inversions, arm balances, freestyle movement, acro-yoga, and a full moon ritual to release what no longer serves and set intentions for the coming year.
-
If downtime is what you need most, you can soak up the sun by the stunning cascade pool amongst the palm trees or enjoy a relaxing therapeutic massage or thai yoga massage with Mary.
-
-
In the evenings, stroll to the beach and watch the sun set over the ocean, then wind down with a mellow restorative yoga practice and a family-style dinner prepared by talented local chefs schooled in the old charms of Oaxacan cuisine.
-
All classes and excursions are optional so you can curate your ideal vacation experience each day!
-
Contribute to a great cause! 10% of retreat net proceeds will support Isla Urbana, a non-profit dedicated to providing clean, sustainable water access in Mexico through rainwater harvesting, focusing on highly marginalized communities where access to clean water is limited.
