Mary has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2001. She has studied with master yoga teachers from around the world.  Mary has taken teacher trainings at Moksha Yoga in Chicago since 2001. She completed her Yoga Alliance Certification through Moksha Yoga School in 2007 and continues to take a regular pilgrimage. Committed to the process of learning, she believes that we are all students of what our life has to teach us. Sharing knowledge of yoga’s 5,000 year old tradition gives her great joy. She loves to incorporate the knowledge of the past (asanas, meditation, bandhas, mantra and mudras) with what is relevant in the here and now.

Mary is also a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (NCTMB), studying a wide range of massage modalities. She carries a Lisence to practice Massage Therapy in Illinois and California. She is an accredited Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. “Lazy Man’s Yoga”, as it is referred to in Thailand, is a form of partner yoga that combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and breath work in one beautiful and meditative experience. The effects of Thai Yoga Therapy include more energy and a deep sense of relaxation.

      Lacy Russell, LMT

Lacy Russell is an Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist and graduated in 2003 from Parkland College’s Massage Therapy Program. Having over 750 hours of training, she also has experience working in spa and therapeutic settings using Swedish massage, stress reduction and pain management applications.  Lacy also offers spa massage treatments such as the Hydrating Back Exfoliation Massage and Paraffin Wax hand and foot treatments. Couple’s Massage and On-Site Chair Massage are other modalities she can accommodate to your specific needs.

Jennifer Weber LMT, NCTMB

Jen graduated from Parkland College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2005 and was licensed to practice massage in the State of Illinois early in 2006. She has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2006 and was pleased to attend their national convention in 2007. In 2006, she became a certified practitioner of Aromatherapy. Jen practices Swedish massage and Aromatherapy. She loves communicating one on one with her clients so that she can tailor the massage experience to their specific needs.

Nelson Beck,

Certified Reflexologist

Nelson Beck is a member of the International Institute of Reflexology and has completed four reflexology workshops through the that organization. Nelson has been interested in reflexology for several years and, since joining the Institute, has been certified in "The Ingham Method" of reflexology. By stimulating reflex points in the feet and hands, reflexology offers stress relief  and a means of helping many health issues in a natural way.
